Description

Barcelona Garden Pool II has a wonderful pool and garden, ideal place to relax during the holiday season, especially in summer.

The apartment is perfectly distributed: At the second level features  a double room with double bed and two single rooms each one with a single bed. Each room is carefully decorated with details that will make you feel at home.

At the first level you will find a dining room with two comfortable sofas and a large window. Just in front you will find the dining room ideal for 6 people and fully equipped kitchen.

It also has two bathrooms with shower.

Additional Information:

-Private parking at an extra cost of 20 Euro

- On the arrival day it is necessary to pay a refundable damage deposit of 300€ (Will be returned if apartment is left in good conditions).

- Check in is from 3pm. If you arrive after 21:00 there is an extra fee of 25 euro for late-check in. If you arrive after 23:00 there is an extra fee of 40 euro for late-check in.

COVID-19 prevention

Habitat Apartments complies with the Cleaning and Security protocols contained in the Order of the Ministry of Health SND/399/2020, of May 9 regarding COVID-19. These protocols regulate:

  1. The cleaning to be carried out in the apartments with appropriate products, replacement and cleaning of textiles.
  2. The security and prevention measures of the staff of Habitat Apartments and of our clients.
  3. The necessary information to our clients about the competent regulations to fulfill.

Conditions

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 17.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 3.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Credit card
  • A damage deposit of 400 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 20:00
  • Early check-in is possible from 11:00 and there is an extra charge of 40 €.
  • For check-in from 20:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
  • For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
  • Late check-out is possible till 15:00 and there is an extra charge of 40 €.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
