The interior deign and space of the apartment is great and very appealing. For appliances, it was fully equipped

Very good location in the heart of L´Eixample. We chose an apartment facing the back yard, which was good. Absolutely no noice from the street. Kitchen is well equipped. There are so many nice restaurants and cafés just around the corner. We will definitely stay here again. Albert who was our host is extremly helpful and nice.

Conditions

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
Deposit : Cash
  • A damage deposit of 150 € in cash will be required.
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 10:30
  • Early check-in is possible from 07:00 and there is an extra charge of 20 €.
  • For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
  • For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
