The Contemporary 7 Apartment is a beautiful apartment conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the famous Paseo de Gracia as well as the Arc de Triomf and Gran Via.

Great location, very comfortable apartment, perhaps could do with a bit more crockery and cutlery if you were going to fully self cater - we didn't nor was it our intention. plenty of cafes for breakfast nearby, close to Metro stations - all in all excellent Habitat comment: Dear Malcolm, we are satisfied to read that you enjoyed your stay in this apartment. Very beautifull appartment, but a little bit noisy. Friday night noise untill 2 o'clock. Good service fot check out later! Habitat comments: Dear Guest, we are pleased to read that you were satisfied of the apartment. We apologize for the noise from the streets, however this is an element we cannot really control and the apartment is located in the city center. We hope it didn't disturb you stay too much and that you could enjoy as well.

Conditions

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 50% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 7 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Cash
  • A damage deposit of 200 € in cash will be required.
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 21:00
  • For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
  • For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
