Conditions

Cancellation

For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:

A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card

500 € bills not accepted.
Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit : Cash and credit card

A damage deposit of 150 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.
500 € bills not accepted.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 11:00

Early check-in is possible from 07:00 and there is an extra charge of 20 €.
For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.

Check-out : Before 11:00

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.

The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.

Center Ramblas 8 Apartment is located on Ronda Universidat Street, in the Eixample district, which is best known for its architecture, exclusive boutiques, restaurants and coffee shops. Only 1 minute away from Plaza Catalunya, 2 minutes from Las Ramblas and 4 minutes from Passeig de Gracias. Also walking distance you can find Gran Vía de les Corts Catalans, an important avenue, the Gothic Quarter and Universitat Metro Station.

Ronda de la Universitat is a major thoroughfare of central Barcelona, It links two of the city's three main squares, running from Catalunya Square towards Universitat Square
