Modern and stylish apartment with all amenities included for spectacular days in Barcelona.

It features a spacious room with double bed, a wardrobe and a nice balcony. Indeed, this is just a place to relax, by enjoy reading or just having a coffee in the open air.

The common area has a spacious living room with double sofa bed, flat screen TV, dining area for 4 people, fully equipped kitchen and a small balcony. It is also a full bathroom with shower.

IMPORTANT ABOUT DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
- 1 month of rent - 50% of the amount of the month
- From 2 months to 4 months - 1 month deposit
- 5 or more months - 2 month deposit.

Conditions

Cancellation

For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:

A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card

500 € bills not accepted.
Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit:

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 11:00 to 21:00

Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 €.
For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.

Check-out : Before 11:00

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Location of this apartment in Barcelona

This beautiful apartment has an amazing location; on Enric Granados street, border between left and right of Eixample area. This is a neighbourhood known for its architecture, exclusive boutiques, restaurants and cafes. You are just two blocks from Rambla de Catalunya, Paseo de Gracia, and la Diagonal.

During the day the area is really busy with many people, restaurants and animation. However, you will be surprised but at night, the area is more calm. Eixample offers an impressive list of main sights such as the famous Gaudi's Sagrada Familia, perhaps the most striking architectural feature of Barcelona. Mysterious for its own history, inconclusive and oriented to be endless.

La Pedrera, which is also known as Casa Milà became a World Heritage site by the UNESCO in 1984. This is the building Antoni Gaudi worked on, before he completely dedicated himself to the Sagrada Familia.
