Description

Classic and cozy apartment of 60 m2 ideal for up to 4 people. It features a master bedroom with a double bed and a small balcony with outdoor table, perfect place to spend a relaxing afternoon after visiting the main sights of the city.

There is also another room with double bed, a bathroom with bath completely renovated. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle.

Conditions

Cancellation

For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:

A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day : Cash

500 € bills not accepted.

Deposit : Credit card

A damage deposit of 200 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 22:00

For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
For check-in from 01:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.

Check-out : Before 11:00

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.

The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.

Located beside Plaza Catalunya, the nerve center of the city, one minute from Las Ramblas and Paseo de Gracia, one of the most exclusive streets of the city, ideal for shopping and visit the famous Gaudi buildings, La Pedrera and Casa Batlló.

Mooi gelegen appartement vlakbij het bekende Placa de Catalunya. Veel highlights op loopafstand. Appartement zelf is ook erg stijvol ingericht. Twee slaapkamers dus ideaal voor een gezin van 4. Badkamer ook erg luxe met bad.

Zeer fraai appartement met balkon. Fijne omgeving, binnen 10 minuten lopen bij de Ramblas en gezellige restaurantjes. Appartement gelegen op de 3e verdieping met lift wat erg fijn is.
