Without doubt one of our most popular apartments due to its fantastic rooftop terrace, ideal location, and breathtaking view of the city. Spread across two floors this modern apartment has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay in Barcelona.

The terrace has sun loungers and a parasol and there is also an outdoor lounge area with a sofa and cushions. The modern kitchen is open plan with a dining and lounge area.

Locatie is perfect, ondanks de drukte op de Ramblas hebben we niet als storend ervaren. Mooi uitzicht over de stad. Super qua ligging. Helaas slecht inventaris. Slecht 2 wijn- en 3 limonadeglazen. Geen flesopener. Jammer dat we daar pas achter kwamen nadat we een fles hadden gekocht. Het appartement kan wel een opknapbeurt hier en daar hebben. Dit alles heeft ons verblijf niet negatief beïnvloed. We vonden de overgang alleen zo groot nadat we eerst 2 nachten in Bailen Balcony hadden geslapen.

For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 50% of the total amount.
For cancellations within 14 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
For cancellations within 14 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:

A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day : Cash

500 € bills not accepted.

Deposit : Credit card

A damage deposit of 250 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 14:00 to 20:00

For check-in from 20:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
For check-in on Sunday there is an extra charge of 25 €.

Check-out : Before 11:00

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Late check-out is possible till 18:00 and there is an extra charge of 35 €.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.

The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.

Location of this apartment in Barcelona

The stylish Gothic quarter is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Barcelona and the beauty of its well preserved maze of medieval alleyways and the architecture of buildings such as the Cathedral, is guaranteed to amaze. There is also the History of Barcelona Museum where one goes underground to see ancient Roman ruins. The hustle and bustle atmosphere of the area and the huge variety of boutique shops, restaurants and bars means that it is somewhere that must be visited during your stay in Barcelona. Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas are also only a few minutes walk away so it truly is a fantastic location.

Lokatie van het appartement aan de Ramblas is ideaal. Zelfs de stadsdrukte van Ramblas valt s nachts best mee.
