Extremely popular exterior studio apartment with a lovely view of Las Ramblas from the french balcony. The apartment has all modern furnishings and looks very stylish.

The apartment contains one king size bed and one double sofa bed so can comfortably sleep 4 people.

The apartment is in a great location, on the corner of La Rambla and Carrer Ferran but with the location comes a lot (and I mean a lot) of noise. It was a giveaway when there was a pair of ear plugs on top of the neatly folded towels when we checked in! The apartment itself ok but a bit worn in places and could use a bit of a refresh and tidy up. The bed is good, the A/C worked well and the wifi was strong and reliable.

Leuk appartement. Precies als op foto's. Fijn met een keukentje en ruimte om af en toe tussen de bedrijven door te rusten. Zeer centraal voor alle bezienswaardigheden.

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 50% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 14 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 14 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
Deposit : Credit card
  • A damage deposit of 250 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 14:00 to 20:00
  • For check-in from 20:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
  • For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
  • For check-in on Sunday there is an extra charge of 25 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
  • Late check-out is possible till 18:00 and there is an extra charge of 35 €.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
