Description

This spacious 87m2 3 bedroom apartment, located on the third floor of the building with lift, offers a calm & cosy stay for up to 6 people. A perfect choice for a family or group of friends conveniently located in the Eixample Izquierdo area in Barcelona. 

The main bedroom offers a double bed, tv & wardrobe, the other two bedrooms offer a single bed in each, and there is a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary amenities and utensils for a convenient stay including a mixer, juicer, kettle, espresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker  &  fridge-freezer.  The bathroom has a shower & WC.

The apartment has modern finishings & is cleanly decorated offering you the perfect place for you to relax after visiting Barcelona.  

Note:
-Parties in the apartment are strictly not permitted.
-It is very important to respect the noise level (people, music) during the whole stay. The property has a noise monitor on the terrace, does not record, only records and alerts us when the usual noise levels are exceeded.The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the property. If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 21h hour it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 300 eur.

COVID-19 prevention

Habitat Apartments complies with the Cleaning and Security protocols contained in the Order of the Ministry of Health SND/399/2020, of May 9 regarding COVID-19. These protocols regulate:

  1. The cleaning to be carried out in the apartments with appropriate products, replacement and cleaning of textiles.
  2. The security and prevention measures of the staff of Habitat Apartments and of our clients.
  3. The necessary information to our clients about the competent regulations to fulfill.

Mauvaise insonorisation entre appartement

El apartamento, en términos generales estuvo bien. Sin embargo, en las fotos se ve en mejor condición de la que realmente esta. algunas cortinas esta rotas, las paredes sin pintura y el closet del cuarto principal no funciona bien. Hay que resaltar el servicio de Habitats Apparments. Siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a solucionar los inconvenientes que se presenten en la marcha. En el futuro claro que reservare nuevamente con ellos, pero posiblemente otro apartamento.

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Cash and credit card
  • A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 21:00
  • Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 €.
  • For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
