Een comfortable appartement van 75 m2 met 2 slaapkamers, centraal geloceerd in de Eixample omgeving. Het appartement is perfect voor plezier en zakelijke bezoekers. Omdat het makkelijk is om naar Palacio Congresos en Fira Barcelona te gaan, zo ook de alle touristische plekken. De omgeveving heeft een perfecte connectie naar het vliegveld van Barcelona en is dichtbij centrale trein stations, Sants Estació. Zo is het ook makkelijk om Plaza Catalunya en Las Ramblas te bereiken.

    Great apartment that was extremely well equipped in a great location and a wonderful value for the amount of space. One warning: The wireless internet is a USB aircard! There is no wi-fi. Habitat Apartments: We are in the process of installing wifi internet connection for next year. Ask if in doubt.

      Comfortable and clean, close to transport. Would have been helpful to inform guests of nearest wifi cafe for iPad use as USB only useful for laptop. Sofa in living area too large for apartment, but very pleasant for short stay for up to 4 people.

      Nice apartment in a convenient location for where we wanted to get to - the Fira Grand Via. Also just slightly away from the traffic very well located for excellent transport connections and access to the touristic areas of Plaza Catalunya.

      We had a great stay. The apartment was clean and beautiful. Two problems, the kettle has an english plug and we had to boil water on the stove. The cost of the person waiting for us due to us being late was excessive at €15 per hour. I know it is listed in the documentation, which we did not read untill after the fact, but it was a bit excessive as we where late due to an accident in which they closed the motorway in Zaragoza.

      El apartamento es muy bonito, luminoso y bien ubicado. El problema es que no tiene mesa ni sillas para comer. Solo una barra pequeña donde pueden comer 2 personas. Pero al ser 5, 3 personas tuvimos que comer en la mesa ratona sentados en el sofá, lo cual es bastante incómodo, sobre todo para personas mayores. Tampoco nos pusieron sábanas en las camas ni jabón en la pica del baño y cuando llamamos al móvil que nos dejaron para solicitar lo que faltaba, nadie contestó.

      Gostamos muito do apartamento. Confortável, limpo, bem equipado e bem localizado. Difícil encontrar algum ponto negativo (talvez o pouco espaço para fazer refeições). Voltaríamos a nos hospedar lá. We loved the apartment. Cosy, clean, good facilities and good location. It\'s hard to find anything bad to say about it (maybe the lack of a proper table in the kitchen/living room areas). We would book it again.

      We loved the apartment and thought it was quite comfortable. There was some confusion regarding the time we could check in and the time that we met the woman to pay and get the keys. We thought we would be able to move in at that time.

      The apt. is very comfortable, clean, modern and close to everything you'll need. Just around the corner is a great bakery called Gilabert (awesome ensaimadas), 3 supermarkets, an internet access place and a great Italian pizza restaurant called Napolitane (great for kids). The metro is very close and the airbus (blue bus) is about 3 blocks away on Urgell/Roma. When we return to Barcelona, we would stay here again. Sincerely, The Kaisers

      Our Unic apartment was the perfect 'home from home' and contributed enormously to our enjoyment of Barcelona. It was ideally located within walking distance of many of the major tourist attractions and close to a metro stop, restaurants, supermarket and market. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen so we enjoyed eating in on a couple of occasions. We had travelled with our teenage son and would recommend this apartment to families as it was spacious.

      Our feedback is all positive. Our experience was very good...lovely accomodations, very clean, excellent location. We were very happy, and will happily recommend to our friends. The only comment I might make is that if the person meeting guests with the key be able to communicate in their language. But, the person that met us was able to connect us via telephone to your office and your office folks were able to answer our questions in English. Linda

      We had a very enjoyable time in Barcelona. The apartment was excellent. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Extra items such as the drinks in the fridge and reading material available made this a very good place to be based while we were in Barcelona. The location itself is very good. It is a short walk to the Ramblas and one block from the Metro. We found it very easy to get around from this location.       We had rent the Unic apartment in Barcelona. We where very please with everything, We would like to thank the nice lady who received us on our arrival. She was very kind and gave us the information that we needed. This apartment is very well situated. I am still dreaming about that place !!!!!It is very easy to walk to the center of Barcelona. The metro is a 1 minute walk.We do hope to go back one day in Barcelona. We would rent from you again with pleasure. Nicole & Julien Montréal,Canada

      I was very happy with your service in terms of organising beforehand. I found you very helpful and considerate. My family, who actually stayed at the apartment, were extremely happy with everything.       Hi, I really enjoyed my stay at the Unic apartment on Diputacio. It was decorated beautifully and very spacious for all the guests. Also, the woman who checked us in was extremely helpful; she explained everything about the apartment. I will definitely use Habitat in the future if need be. Thanks, Miriam
    Locatie van dit appartement in Barcelona

    Het appartement Unic is geloceerd in de hoek van Diputació and Urgell, dichtbij the Gran Via. Het metro station is maar 100 meter van het appartement verwijderd en connect je direct naar Plaza Catalunyya. Daar zijn ook bus routes dichtbij, richting Plaza Catalunya en Fira Barcelona. De omgeving eromheen biedt een goede selectie restaurants en koffie bars, ook veel winkels waar ze eten verkopen. Er zijn ook supermarkten op de hoek, een aantal meters daar vandaan. De straat is stil in de avond, met geen disco's en pubs dichtbij het appartement.


    Aafstand van het appartement:
    - Picasso - 50 meter
    - Plaza Cataluna - 15 minuten lopen
    - Las Ramblas - 15 minuten lopen
    - Metro station (lijn 1) - korte wandel
