Appartement De Banys is geloceerd in de Barri Gotic in een liefdevolle straat genaamd Banys Nous, deze naam is afkomstig door de publieke baderen die hier stonden. Vandaag de dag is het een plek met antique winkels en schilderij galleries. Het appartement in maar een aantal minuten van de Kathedraal, Plaza Sant Jaume em Las Ramblas. Het appartement is groot en er kunnen makkelijk 6 personen verblijven. Het heeft 3 slaapkamer, een eet kamer, een woonkamer, 2 badkamer en een keuken. Er is ook een kleine gym.

Dit appartement is inclusief de volgende voorzieningen en service:

  • een woonkamer met sofa bed en stoelen met arm leuningen.
  • 3 slaapkamers met een Futon bed. De een bed is bereikbaar via een trap.

    It is a very pretty flat, with a lot of charm, very well located, clean, ample, and well-equipped (even if it's a bit difficult to cook because the plates of baking turn off every 3 minutes). The only problem being the neighbourhood :you absolutely can't make noise after 21h at the risk of having big problems with the neighbours! The service was great, conciliant. I recommand this flat for families or people who don't come to Barcelona to go out.

    To the Habitat Apartments Team,

    It is good to hear from you and hopefully you found we left the apartment in good order.

    We had a great stay in Barcelona and the apartment worked out very well.

    The location was excellent and there were plenty of places to visit, eat, shop, and just experience within the immediate area.

    The apartment was clean and well represented on the web site. Even though it was located on a pedestrian / limited vehicle access street, the noise level in the front bedroom at night was a bit more than us country folk are use to, although we come to realize Barcelona does enjoy the late nights, and we started to likewise during our stay! We plan to come back to Barcelona again and will certainly contact Habitat Apartments again because of your prompt responses to our questions leading up to the rental, additional information about the area, and your professionalism.

Appartement de Banys is geloceerd in de Banys Nous (Nieuw Baths). een mooie burgelijke straat in de Barri Gotic. Het is maar 5 minuten lopen naar Las Ramblas, Kathedraal, en Plaza Sant Jaume. een uit 1500 gedateerde stad gang met schilderij gallerijen en antique winkels in de omgeving van het appartement. bekend om de benaming Call, het is de jodelijke hoek in de middeleeuwse tijden. En heeft perfecte restaurants en koffie bars die eten locaal eten serveren.

- Metro station(lijn 3) - 200 meter
- Internet Café in the Boqueria Street (Travel Bar) - 100 meter
