The apartment was nice, quiet and clean and in a very good location. For this reason we would book it again. However, on arrival at 9 pm no one was there to meet us. The 24h helpline did not connect and we had waited an hour when Dmitry turned up and was very apologetic. There had been a mistake in that we were told to come to No 207 whereas he was waiting at No 213. The helpline was also not covered during our hours wait. We understand that it was a genuine mix up, but it was very unsettling. Habitat comment: Thank you for your comment. We are sorry for the inconveniences concerning the 24h line. We wonder why it didn´t work, since we are always available at that line, but not at the office line. Maybe you called that number, which doesn´t connect after working hours.
