How to get to Barcelona

The Catalonian capital has excellent transport connections so getting here shouldn’t be a problem however you decide to come.
By air
Barcelona Airport ( more information: Airport information is 12 km from the city. There are various forms of transport which connect the airport with the city centre. The Spanish national rail company, RENFE operates a train which leaves the airport every thirty minutes from 6:13 a.m to 23:40 p.m and takes some twenty minutes to arrive in the centre of Barcelona. It stops at Sants Station and Plaza Catalunya as well as some smaller stations). There is also a special bus called, unimaginatively, the “Aerobus” which connects the airport with Plaza Catalunya.
