    We have had a good time in your appartement. The only complain we had was that there were only 4 seats around the tabel, and there was no blanket for the sofa.

      The apartment was good but a few things would make it even better! Just having a few basics in the flat when you arrive makes such a difference - enough coffee, sugar and milk for a cup each when you arrive and some store cupboard basics. It was also very noisy, with building work taking place directly opposite - something I would have liked to know about when choosing the apartment. Excellent location, clean and well equipped. Also very friendly and helpful reception staff.

      The apartment looks exactly like the photos. The La Latina location is perfect. It is near Plaza Major, Sol, Gran Via. Prado is within 20 minutes. Madrid is a beautiful place to visit, the people are very friendly and shopping is great. Gabriel was great. He met us when we checked in and was very helpful and responsive to our questions during our stay.

      the apartment was lovely. Clean, well stocked and in an excellent location. Only slight problem was the noise from outside during the night. Other than that, location and apartment were perfect. We will be back!

      Had a great time in Madrid - great city. The location is fantastic and you can walk everywhere. We were travelling with our small child and only grumbles would be that the tv is solely Spanish channels. Latina was good value for money in a central Madrid location.

      + Buona posizione, vicino alla fermata della metro (La Latina). Centrale, a cinque minuti a piedi da Plaza Mayor. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Ben arredato, pulito, accogliente. - Il cambio della biancheria è su richiesta e a pagamento. I vicini di casa hanno fatto festa per tutto il periodo del giorno, di giorno e di notte!

      La Latina is an awesome apartment. Very clean, spacious, as quiet as any that are on a street. We got used to sleeping on the streetside and didn\'t use our earplugs. No bar noise, neighbor noise etc. Sunny and light - good heat - good kitchen w/washer (used a LOT). Check in was super easy. Neighborhood is great - just a few blocks away is tapas central. Metro is 5 min by foot. We loved spending Christmas here!

      Location was good, short walk to La Latina or the Tirso de Molina stations. About 10-15 mins to Plaza Mayor. Many restaurants/cafes around the apartment. There\'s a Chinese provision store nearby which stocks staples like milk, juices, bread, cheese and ham. As the apartment is situated along Calle Toledo, you will have to bear with some traffic noise. Overall, we had a lovely time in Madrid, except for the weather - it rained almost everyday we were there.

      It looks a bit bigger on the internet but it is ok. Location is very central, easy to get to. Love the wi-fi internet. That is definitely a plus! Coffee maker and toaster are great.

      My stay at Latina Apartment was a joy! The apt was as represented in the photos, the location is perfect...near transportation, restaurants, Plaza Mayor, El Rastro etc. I\'d definitely stay in this apt again when in Madrid and would definitely rent from Habitat during my future visits to Spain.

      Great location. Very close to all transportation. Busy streets but felt very safe especially at night. We love the layout of the apartment and it worked out very well for individual needs. The apartment was exactly what we expected from the photos on the internet. We used the washer, cofee maker and the oven and all worked well. It was very warm in Madrid this week and the a/c worked very well and made us comfortable. The TV and Internet made us feel at home. I think the price was reasonable considering the amenities and location (transportations, entertainment, restaurant etc.)

      Loved the apartment! great location as all the major places in Madrid are within walking distance, size was just perfect for 6 people and it had everything we needed. It was secure and clean, the price was correct, the services were good and the apartment style was exactly the same like it was on the internet. Highly recommended!
    Situation de cet appartement dans Madrid

    L'appartement se trouve dans la Rue Tolède, dans le coeur du quartier de La Latina, connue pour la grande variété de ses bars et de ses restaurants. La bonne localisation de l´ appartement permet de pouvoir bien visiter la ville en parcourant tout le centre, en plus d'accéder à un espace vert qu est le Parc de la Corniche, à moins d´ un kilomètre de là.

    Vous rejoindrez facilement le Palacio Real qui se situe à environ un kilomètre et à 10 minutes de marche en prenant la direction nord est. Dans la direction nord se trouve el area de Sol qui a pour centre le Km zéro du centre de l´ Espagne.

    En continuant dans la meme direction vous rejoindrez Gran Vía, célèbre pour ses édifices symboliques de Madrid et les diverses boutiques et magasins ainsi que les cinémas et théatres.

    Depuis l´ appartement et dans la direction est se trouve le quartier de Lavapiés, le quartier le plus multiculturel de la capitale dont l´ offre de restaurants varie énormément, et il en est de meme que pour les musées et les galleries (Museo Reina Sofia, Teatro Valle Inclan...)
