    The location of appartment is very good, in walking dictance of some very nice spots. The appartment had a good size (although seemed bigger in the pictures) and was nicely decorated. The couch however has had its best time....I would recommend Habitat Apprtments to friends, and will surely be checking their appartments for upcoming trips!

      This apartment is in a great location for all that Madrid has to offer. Two bathrooms is also a plus. The apartment is surprisingly quiet considering the street outside. Would happily stay there again. Only two very small negative points: there were no towels available for the guest on the sofa bed, so he had to make do with a hand towel. Further, it was not unbearable, but the apartment could have done with a very good vacuum!

      Great location, but bit noisy. Its no surprise, thats normal near the Calle Toledo. The apartment looked just like it did online! And the people were good for all their services.

      Fab apartment in an excellent area -full of restuarants and bars The apartment is very well equipped and with 2 bathrooms are an excellent choice for couples or families.We were met by the lovely Julie who explained the features in the apartment and recommended restuarants in the area.An excellent choice in a great city-I have used Habitat Apartments in Madrid and Barcelona 7 times and they never fail to impress.Highly recommended.

      The location was very good. We were only a short distance for the metro and all good restaurants. The apartment is nice, modern, clean and with all everyday necessitys. All appliances worked very well. The apartment is good value for money.

      We had a wonderful stay in Madrid which was helped by the fabulous apartment we stayed in, it felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, with plenty of bars, restaurants, shopping, galleries etc within easy walking distance.       I thought this apartment was in a very good location, a short walking distance to a supermarket, bus stop, metro station and restaurants/bars. The apartment was very clean, modern and very well equipt. The only item that would have been nice would be a kettle. I would definately recommend this apartment to friends.

    Situation de cet appartement dans Madrid

    L'appartement se trouve dans la Rue Tolède, dans le coeur du quartier de La Latina, connue pour la grande variété de ses bars et de ses restaurants. La bonne localisation de l´ appartement permet de pouvoir bien visiter la ville en parcourant tout le centre, en plus d'accéder à un espace vert qu est le Parc de la Corniche, à moins d´ un kilomètre de là.

    Vous rejoindrez facilement le Palacio Real qui se situe à environ un kilomètre et à 10 minutes de marche en prenant la direction nord est. Dans la direction nord se trouve el area de Sol qui a pour centre le Km zéro du centre de l´ Espagne.

    En continuant dans la meme direction vous rejoindrez Gran Vía, célèbre pour ses édifices symboliques de Madrid et les diverses boutiques et magasins ainsi que les cinémas et théatres.

    Depuis l´ appartement et dans la direction est se trouve le quartier de Lavapiés, le quartier le plus multiculturel de la capitale dont l´ offre de restaurants varie énormément, et il en est de meme que pour les musées et les galleries (Museo Reina Sofia, Teatro Valle Inclan...)
