L´appartement Sol se situe dans le quartier gothique, proche du Born où se trouve le musée Picasso, et le vieux port. Les Ramblas et la cathédrale sont accessibles en quelques minutes de marche. Sa proximité avec les bars, restaurants, supermarchés, bus touristiques fait de lui un appartement parfait pour qui voudra visiter Barcelone tranquillement et à pied.

L'appartement compte deux chambres, une salle à manger, une salle de bain et une cuisine et est situé au rez-de-chaussée d'un immeuble ancien.

    This is my second time staying in a habitat apartment. They are excellent, clean, convenient and the service habitat offer is excellent. The location was absolutely fantastic however the noise level from upstairs was very very bad on the Saturday night. It kept us awake until 2am so if you are looking for a relaxing weekend and you are “bed early” type of person I would try a different apartment, however, I would certainly stick with a habitat one.

      Me & my girlfriend stayed in this lovely, recently refurbished apartment. It\'s in an ideal spot, on the border between the Born area and the Barri Gotic, and both Barcelonetta and Las Ramblas are not far (in opposite directions of course, heehee). It\'s clean and comfortable, the only downfall being the lack of natural light! Being on the ground floor, there are hardly any windows. However, there\'s plenty to do, even around the corner with a few nice bars so there\'s no need to be inside for extended periods of time if the lack of light bothers you! I would thoroughly recommend using this apartment and Habitat for being well situated and helpful. Look in the book when you get there, it has loads of good tips! Barcelona is great, so if you just require a nice place to stay in, this is more than grand. Thanks.

      fantastic!!! great location in gotic quater, 2min walk from the port and 5 min to las ramblas. perfect for a couple and even maybe for 2 couples. everything u need is provided and all is perfectly clean.

      Excellent apartment! Well finished, has all the mod-cons, perfect size for 2-3 people, clean & tidy and realy felt at home! Great location... 5 mins from Metro, 2 mins from supermarket,and 1 min from bars/restaurants! We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend! We\'ll stay again without a doubt!

      Excellent location and very nice apartment, everything you need is there. Small "minus" like coffee maker out of order (Habitat Apartments: coffee maker has now been replaced). Beside this we were very satisfied with our stay.

      The apartment was advertised accurately and fairly, which was a relief as we thought it may not be as good as the pictures as often happens. It was everything we needed it to be, mainly somewhere to touch base between being out and about and also somewhere with a good location.

    Situation de cet appartement dans Barcelone

    L'appartement Sol se situe dans une rue agréable du quartier Gothique, à 5 min à pied seulement des Ramblas, du Vieux Port et de la Catedral. Il est également proche du quartier el Born et à 200 m de la ligne 4 de Métro. La zone dont fait partie l'appartement s'appelle Sant Just, nom de l'église qui se trouve au bout de la rue Lledó. Bars, boutiques, épiceries et supermarchés sont tout proches. Au fond de la rue Hostal del Sol se trouve la place Traginers où sont visibles des restes de la Muraille Romaine antique de la ville. Quant à la plaza Sant Just, vous pourrez y contempler la fontaine la plus ancienne de Barcelone.
