    The apartment was so lovely! Very clean and modern with everything we needed, really good location. Loved the roof terrace. The beds were really comfortable and the shower was lovely. Thank you also for being so helpful with sorting out our mistake in the booking. I will definitely use your company again and will recommend it to friends and family.

      We found the staff at Habitat incredibly accomadating and helpful. The original apartment we chose was not suited to our particular néeds, however Nicola relocated us to the Parc 4a a beautiful apartment in Xiample that was perfect for us. Thanks Nicola!

      We enjoyed our stay in the apartment very much. Being with children it was very convenient for our stay in Barcelona and to explore the city. We also used the parkingspace in the basement. Hopefully we will return to Barcelona and the Parc A apartment next year! The apartment is centrally located and well maintained besides a few minor details that require attention such as bedlights that did not work. Thank you for your commment Habitat has fixed the bedlights.

      Everything about the apartment was excellent, the only exception being the iron and ironing board which was far too small and more suitable for a kindergarten, not an apartment.

      excellent location to walk to main attractions; many food outlets near by; just a little noisy from the street sound- cars and garbage and recycling pick-up during the night

      Excellent location and ample space for 2wk stay with 3 adults. Apartment felt as though it had stood empty for period before we arrived and needed cleaning - otherwise good and highly recommend Parc 4A & Habitat.

      This apartment is exactly as it is represented on the website. It is clean and modern with nice furnishings and very comfortable beds. it is fully equipped from a large fridge to satellite TV and a safe. The Habitat staff spoke English and were kind and helpful both on the phone and on meeting at the apartment. The place is about 15 to 20 minutes walk to Place de la Catalunya but it is about 4 euros in a taxi. There are many cabs and any shops you need nearby. Great place!

      We were pleasantly surprised that the apartment was spacious, modern, well equiped, quiet and conveniently located (approx. 9 blocks) from Plaza Catalunya. The concierge and key-lady were very kind, I recommend this apartment especially to families with one or two kids. We will book this apartment again in the future.

      We were delighted with the accommodation. The bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. Kitchen also very adequate! There were 5 of us and only 4 had duvets, allthough the concierge sorted it soon. Overall, a lovely appartment. We were very impressed.

    Situation de cet appartement dans Barcelone

    L'appartement est situé dans la rue de Sicilia avec la rue de Casp et Ausias Mach. Les rues autourent de l'appartement ont beaucoup de magasins, restaurants et cafés.

    Plaza Catalunya et Paseo de Gracia sont seulement à 15 min à pied.

    Le métro Arc de Triomf (ligne rouge 1) est à coté de l'appartement, seulement à 200m et il est à deux stops de la Plaza Catalunya et Las Ramblas.
