      It was a wonderful stay, the apartment is wonderful. It felt like living in Barcelona for a few days, better than staying in a hotel. It would be nice, though, if the doorbell had worked.

      We had a great stay at the Ferran apartment, which is in a fabulous location. but the great location also meant that street-facing rooms were slightly noisy. Habitat was great to engage with, but could have been more responsive on problems such as plumbing issues. Nonetheless is was a great stay and a great space for two families with children.

      The Ferran 2 apartment was very clean and beautiful and in an extremely convenient, centralized location! The staff at Habitat Apartments was very accommodating and even sent out someone to resolve a minor issue for us on a Sunday. We would definitely book this location again in the future. Habitat Apartments is an excellent company to do business with. Just as a word of advice, if you plan to purchase event tickets and have them mailed directly to the apartment, you should consider having them mailed to the Habitat Apartment office instead of the apartment directly. Overall, the service and facilities were top notch! Thank you again for a wonderful place to stay while visiting Barcelona!

      The appartment itself was well located clean and quiet. My only comment is that I would suggest changing the name of the appartment to Ferran A or B instead of 2 as this caused some confusion on the buzzer outside of the building. When we buzzed the #2 suite (thinking this was the Ferran 2 appt) the neighbour became very angry and swore at us because habitat appt rental customers continually ring his bell thinking that the suite is the Ferran #2 appt. We did enjoy our stay very much. // We changed the name of the apartment. Thanks for your comment. Habitat Apartments August 2010

      Well situated apartment, clean and fresh. A couple of areas that need highlighting but are only minor: the wine opener was broken with no back up, and the knives for cutting meat and bread very very blunt. It wouldnt cost much to replace these items but they make a big difference to helping us self cater!! (Habitat Apartments Team: the kitchen has been restocked with these items - thank you!).

      We really enjoyed the unit, the area and Barcelona. I had originally intended to stay in the Born area and would try that next time - for a change. We had an unexpected delay on the arrival day and were not able to contact anyone. Fortunately Esperanza (?) contacted me and we were able to make alternative arrangements.

      The entrance to the apartment was slightly worrying but the actually apartment well made up for it. Beautiful original features, great location. Would have been good if someone had been there to meet us as we were slightly early, also late check out would have been a big bonus.

      In relation to our stay at Ferran 2 i would like to say that the apartment was exactly what we hoped it would be. the representative was present on time at our arrival for us to pay and be welcomed into the apartment. the apartment itself was clean and tidy and secure. we would definitely stay again. this is the second time we have used habitat apartments and so far your service has been faultless.       I did not have time to complete questionnaire that was left, however, I thought the accommodation was perfect, very clean and had all items required in a holiday apartment. I thought the location was excellent and really enjoyed my stay at Ferran 2. I thought the service I received before and on arrival in Barcelona was excellent and I have already recommended habitat apartments to friends and will certainly be using your services again.       We had such a great time staying in Ferran 2. The apartment was even better than we were expecting and was in a fantastic location for exploring the city by foot. It was great to have the terrace to be able to enjoy some al fresco dining after bringing back goodies from the nearby Boqueria market. I would definitely recommend the habitat apartments to friends, as I was so impressed with how accommodating you were especially in being able to leave our luggage at the apartment until 6pm on our day of departure.     Situation de cet appartement dans Barcelone

    Au coeur de Barcelone, dans le quartier gothique, l'appartement Ferran se situe entre la rue Ferran et la Place del Pi, charmante pour ses terrasses de cafés et son atmosphère particulière. Tout proche, se trouvent la Place Reial ( célèbre pour ses palmiers, et ses lampadaires conçus par Gaudi), ainsi que les Ramblas, boulevard piéton où se mèlent kiosques à journaux, fleuristes, statues vivantes.
