      A spacious apartment (except for the toilet) located in a very convenient location! WE love the location of El born! Supermarket and cafes and shops abound!Could have some hooks to hang our towels. Love the laundry area and balcony!Would stay here again!

      The location is terrific. However, don't expect to be able to bring a car up the road and unload luggage (The street is small & pedestrian, we advise guests park up first in a car park nearby & walk a few minutes to the apartment - Habitat Apartments Management). The apartment had lovely french doors and balcony.

      The location was absolutely perfect!!! this area is just perfect good restaurants, young hip people on the streets all the time. Great shops. Don't miss the Churreria if you stay here a perfect local spot. The Tapas Born around the corner was a perfect place for dinner and food was fantastic! The apartments balcony made it nice for a nice drink overlooking the beautiful small street. The internet worked fast, it was nice to get some laundry done before leaving. We loved the place and will definately return and stay here again. Thank you!

      A nice apartment in a good location with excellent facilities. The only issues were: - The kettle tripped the electric when plugged in to the kitchen sockets (The kettle has been replaced - Habitat Apartments Management). - The wi-fi internet connection tended to be intermittent and not always available (Now fixed - Habitat Apartments Management).

      The appartment was in an excellent location and comfortable. It was well equipped but the cleanliness of the bathroom was just acceptable. Esperanza who welcomed us was very nice and helpful for practical informations on the area. It would have been nice to have something to hang the towels on in the bathroom or the bedrooms. We had a very pleasant stay.

      We had a fantastic time in Barcelona, and enjoyed our stay in Born 3 apartment very much. The apartment was lovely. It is modern, clean, and surprisingly quiet for such a central location. There are so many great bars and restaurants nearby, and it is easy to get to any of Barcelona's attractions either on foot or by metro.
      I would be happy to recommend Habitat Apartments to my friends and family, and would certainly stay at Born 3 again if I am lucky enough to return to Barcelona.

    Situation de cet appartement dans Barcelone

    El Born a été transformé il y a peu d’années pour devenir un des quartiers de Barcelone les plus branchés. Juste à l’Est des Ramblas et de l’autre côté de Via Laietana, ce labyrinthe de vieilles rues est plein à craquer de bars à cocktails ou à tapas plutôt chics, de restaurants éclairés à la lueur des bougies et de boutiques de mode comme celle du célèbre modéliste Custo.

    La pièce centrale d’El Born est l’imposante église Santa Maria del Mar, qui fait face à une jolie place avec des bars à vins et à tapas. A l’arrière de l’église on trouve la rue principale, le Paseo del Born, qui est remplie de bars chaleureux et de restaurants couvrant toutes les gammes de cuisines. Sur la rue Montcada, juste avant d’arriver au musée Picasso, il y a un des meilleurs Bars à Cavas, El Xampanyet. Les quartiers voisins, le Quartier Gothique et le port, se trouvent juste à 15 minutes de marche de la Cathédrale et de Las Ramblas. Près d’El Born il y a aussi l’incontournable Palais de la Musique, une stupéfiante salle de concert dessinée par l’architecte catalan Domenech i Montaner. A l’Est d’El Born il y a le Parc de la Ciutadella lorsque vous aurez besoin de vous prélasser à l’ombre d’un arbre.

    Transports Publics : Station de metro dans el Born: Jaume I (L4), qui est la plus proche de la partie centrale. Dans la périphérie del Born, vous disposez également de la station Arc de Triomf (L1), juste à côté de l'Arc de Triomf et du parc de la Ciutadella.
