    Great appartment for 3 or 4. Location is perfect in a lively section of the city. The appartment was very clean, a bit dark as you expect in the Born area, but you don\'t visit Barcelona to stay in your apparment!

      The apartment was in a very good location and was comfortable - the main issue for us was the cold. we stayed in february and although there were electric heaters in the apartment it took about 2 days for the flat to warm up sufficiently for it to be adequate.It also could have benefited from a repaint and the bathroom was also in need of attention. It was generally adequate and the location perfect.

      Fabulous location in El Born, nice clean tidy apartment. Only complaint was that the WiFi didnt work which would have been very useful. (WIFI is now working well! Habitat Apartments Management).

      We had a very nice stay in Barcelona. The apartment was spacious and very well located with a nice terrace. Only the Airco was not working well (Air con is fixed now - Habitat Apartments Management), and it might be more pleasant if we would get new towels twice a week. Overall it was perfect!

      We loved this apartment; fabulous location allowing us to feel part of Barcelona, albeit briefly. Only problem was the washing machine which does not have a dryer function. Thank you to habitat apartments for making everything easy and welcoming.

      Generally very good. Love the location and apartment is large and nice. It would be good though to have some basics, like salt, etc in the kitchen, as well as some soap for the washing machine.

      We loved Born 1. The location was amazing. We even enjoyed hanging out our clothes each day. The pull out couch worked great too. The apartment is basic, but ample for our family of 5.

      The fantastic location of the apartment both for cultural and for culinary excursions. Furniture and equipment are IKEA but friendly and quite adequate as long as you don't want to cook seriously (which you shouldn't do since the place is surrounded by very nice bars and restaurants!).

      This is such a great location, both because it is beautifully central, and it is full of really friendly people. The apartment was perfect for our whole family - with the ability to come and go independantly from each. Can't wait to come again.

      Location could not be better...better! Style great. My husband loved all the English channels, internet, appliances great. Price a little over our budget but was fantastic and would recommend it. Everything was great!

      The water heater doesn't work as we expect. The water was not warm enough (Habitat Apartments Management - this is now fixed so hot water heater has no problems). For the rest of the items everything was fine.

      The location of this apartment cannot be beaten. Right off Passeig del Borne, 5 minutes to Barri Gotic and 10 minutes to the beach. It is surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was exactly right for us.

      We had a wonderful stay in Barcelona. The Born 1 apartment was very nice. Esperanza came over after we called and explained everything. We will use Habitat for our next visit. You were very responsive.

    Cet appartement se situe dans une rue petite au centre du quartier du Born, quartier à la mode de Barcelone. Bien que moderne pour ses galeries d’art, ses boutiques de mode, ses restaurants chics, ses restaurants à tapas, et ses bars à cocktails lounges, il reste un quartier où plane le souvenir du siècle passé: rues étroites, places cachées, immeubles anciens. S’y trouvent le musée Picasso et son impressionnante collection d´oeuvres de jeunesse de l’artiste.
