    It is a wonderful experience to stay here. It is very comfortable and clean apartment. All kitchen equipment are almost brand-new, clean and enough for a family of two kids. When you enter the apartment, you smell a decent aroma. In all bathrooms there are aromatic scents. The administrators are kind, smiling and helper.

      We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this apartment as well as the services of Habitat. All the staff were so helpful and spoke good English, much better than our limited Spanish! Thank you, Tania

      Nice apartment in great area. Very clean and well maintained. Some lights didn\'t work (bulbs needed to be replaced) but overall, great apartment and great value.

      We had an excellent stay at the Alibei 1, travelling with 4 adults and 2 children (2 and 4) and the apartment was perfect for kids - renovated, clean, room to play, a crib, a high chair, 2 bathrooms. Location was amazing - 5 minutes from the metro, 10 minutes from the large park, and a playground right outside. Bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants close by and a short walk to funky bars. Friendly staff and we had no problems during the week. We would highly recommend Alibei 1.

      Booking the apartment was easy. Location (Alibei St) was great, right near the Spanish Arc del Triomf. Metro Station within a block, busy area but not too loud. The apartment was nice, could have used more light though. The main bedroom was very comfortable. The remaining 2 bedrooms a bit small and lacked natural light. The bathrooms (2) were fine.

      We Had a very comfortable stay in this apartment. A family of 4, we had room to relax and absorb all we had done during the day. It is a lovely neighborhood and we would happily stay again. This apartment was clean and comfortable. We liked how we could walk most everywhere,even at night. the Metro was near by as well.

      Hemos estado un grupo de 6 personas (3 parejas) alojados en Alibei 1 y todo el grupo hemos estado muy a gusto. La relación/calidad precio es muy buena, el piso es muy amplio, paradas de metro muy cercanas y el centro de Barcelona (Pza. Cataluña y Las Ramblas) a 10 min dando un paseo.

      A very comfortable apartment. Although the sink is blocked in the front bathroom, and the coffee maker doesn't work. Would have liked door locks on the bathrooms.(Habitat Apartments: coffee maker and bathroom sink now in working order).

      This apartment was all it promised on the website.For 6 adults the apartment size gave us the room we needed. The location excellant in respect to Metro and inner city sights. We could walk to almost all the areas we needed to go to. Although there are some roadworks on Saint Joan these did not disturb and we all slept well each night. I was very happy to stumble across habitatapartments. We also used theie transport company Deluxe Cars for airport transfer. Again excellant service. We loved our stay in Barcelona very much. Booths, Sheehys and Meades.

      Overall, very good location. The coffee maker was a bit small, & toaster was only for thin bread. The washing machine was good to have. Overall we had a very nice pleasant stay in Barcelona, we were thrilled!

      Nearly perfect location, high-quality modern apartment with all you need for comfortable stay. Very spacious with comfortable beds. There were some problems with dvd-player, but it was quickly replaced on request. Very much satisfied with Alibei apartment.

      Alibei 1 was located as promised in the middle of everything! We absolutely loved our location and stay. The Arc de Triof was a block from us and there were many Metro stations nearby. It turns out with a little planning, most everything we did was walkable.

      The apartment in Ali Bei was nice, big, friendly and very clean. Beds were perfect. Bedlinen white and perfect. Beautiful bed- and bathrooms. We were welcomed by a Laura, who was exactly in time and very friendly. From the house were reasonable bus- and metro connections to the innercentre of town. Walking to the centre takes about 20-25 min. and taxi's in Barcelona are cheap. We were handed a special guide offering good information about the appartment and surroundings. We enjoyed our 10 days stay very much. Absolute everything we needed we could find in the apartment, even things we didn't expect (tabs for the dishwasher, clean hand soap in bathrooms, hairdryer, some basic store of tea,coffee, salt, pepper, pasta.) What we liked the very best was the service we got from the first till the last day. When we phoned the Habitat-number because of some technical problem in the bathroom, in no time a young and friendly technician was send, called David. Clearly a professional, regarding his focused questions, intelligent listening, summarizing our answers, analyzing wat was wrong and the way he quickly fixed the problem, without using many words. To avoid loosing his expensive time by going back to get a special needed device, he was so inventive to ask a plastic bottle and a sharp knife from our kitchen and creatively constructed the necessary untensil himself. Within no time he fixed what had to be fixed. After having perfectly cleaned the bathroom floor he wished us a very happy continuation of our holliday in this nice Habitat-appartment ! We assume professionals of this kind aren't easy to find in our country. We should appreciate it when you let your technicial man read this review. For us in all his modesty he was realising some 'Golden Standard of Habitat Service'.. Thanks to David, Laura, Nicola, Valerie and all the workers of Habitat: we will surely recommend you.
    Situation de cet appartement dans Barcelone

    L’appartement Alibei 1, récemment rénové, se situe dans la rue Ali Bei, entre Bailen et Passeig de San Juan dans le quartier de l’Eixample. À 10 minutes de marche se trouvent la plaça Catalunya, Las Ramblas et le quartier gotique. A 15 minutes, vous trouverez aussi le Passeig de Gracia, rue la plus prestigieuse de Barcelone pour ses boutiques de luxe et pour ses 2 maisons signées par l'architecte Antoni GAUDI: "Casa Mila" et "Casa Batllo".

    Le parc Ciutadella, le Zoo, et le quartier du Born sont aussi à 10 minutes à pied de l'appartement en descendant le large Passeig de San Joan. Sur votre route, vous croiserez l'Arc de Triomf qui commémore une victoire des forces de Catalogne, ou encore d'espagnols jouant à la pétanque. Une marche de 10 minutes dans le sens opposé vous mènera à la Sagrada Familia, oeuvre excentique et non encore achevée d'Antoni Gaudí.

    La rue à côté de l'appartement offre aussi des restaurants, une variété de magasins, épiceries et un supermarché. La station de métro"Arc de Triomf" la plus proche est à 200m (cette station permet aussi de prendre un train pour la côte ou l'intérieur des terres).
