We stayed in your Via apartment for six nights in March 2008. This apartment was perfect in every way, exceptionally clean and nicely furnished. I appreciated very much the extra touch: coffee, tea. Bottles of water, beer and colas are in the fridge, charged on an 'honor-system' and the prices are reasonable. The location was excellent, a 15-20 walk to the Plaza Catalunya, (the 'heart' of the city and the start of Las Ramblas), but the apartment itself was in a quiet residential area with many restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and internet cafes.

I wish to thank Irene, who checked me in. I arrived early and she was already there. Even though she spoke no English and I speak no Spanish, she was kind, and helpful and took her time with me.

I also would like to say how happy I am with my contacts with Habitat Apartments, all my emails were answered promptly and I received good service from staff.

Modern, comfortable, elegante, really clean and very well equipped, quiete and excelent located and comunicated. And so close there is one of the best pastry shops in Barcelona;-)) I will recommend it to all my friends.

Stayed at your Via apartment from the 13th of May for 4 days and found it was exactly as descibed and just what we wanted and had a excellent stay. However, we will need to improve our Spanish so that we can communicate better with Irene, the lady who welcomed us, as she was very helpful.
