We had a wonderful time in Barcelona and can´t wait until we go back. 3 full days was simply not enough to experience your beautiful city.

Barcelona is great!!!!! It is not the first time i´m there, i just love it, i got friends in Barcelona and i take the chance to visit them every so often.

However, this was the first time that i decided to take an apartment in short letting and i have to admit that it was a really pleasant experience. Good apartment and fantastic location!!!! So good that I´ve already spread the voice around within my colleagues and i know that somebody have already booked online through your website to stay for a few days.

Personally all I can say is that i will be back, hopefully soon.

I would like to say we had a great few days in Barcelona last week and we both enjoyed out stay at your Colm 1 appartment.

The accommodation was perfectly adequate and would definitely recommend to my friends. The one thing I think would be a great service to offer to your guests would be an option of a ´welcome pack of food´ on arrival - just the basics: milk, bread, cheese, water, bottle of wine etc (obviously paid for by your guests). I think it would be a good for your guests, who have travelled a long way to get to Barcelona, not to have to find the supermarket as soon as they arrive.

I must confess that I was very anxious about staying in an apartment in an empty building, in a rather raucous part of the city, but everything turned out well and the apartment was very nice. We intend to come back next summer and stay in one of your apartments again. I left all my other comments about things that could be improved in the questionnaire in the apartment.

Hi, I´m sorry it´s taken us so long to send this e-mail, but I would like to say a big thank you for looking after us in Barcelona. The apartment was wonderful and we had a brilliant time. Thanks also for letting us leave our luggage there till later in the day, this enabled us to spend a full day around town rather than dragging bags around with us.

It was our second trip to Barcelona and it wont be our last. We will consider your apartments again and have told several people about them and given them your details. Thanks again and hope to see you again sometime.

I would like to say that we very much enjoyed our stay in Barcelona, we found it an excellent spot with a lot to do. The only problem we had was on the first night when the key to our apartment would not work. We checked into a hotel for this night and left messages on the number we had. We were both delighted with the professional manner in which this situation was handled.

The key which was damaged was replaced immediately and we were paid in cash the cost of the hotel without even asking. We could not fault the apartment, the set up was perfect providing every thing we needed, the presentation on arrival was immaculate and the location was also ideal. Habitat apartments was recommended to me by a work friend who stayed with ye last year and I would also have no hesitation in recommending an excellent service to anyone looking for decent accomodation in Barcelona.
