      I thought the apartment was excellent and the service you provided (booking system and being there on arrival) was also good. Suggest you provide wine (as well as water) glasses and perhaps an ashtray on the balcony. In the long term, maybe lighting on the balcony would be a good addition.

      Great location. Apt was clean. Apt. needed some repair, shower didn't work, a couple of lights burned out, etc. We didn't asked to have anything fixed so can't blame management. Habitat Apartments: Apologies for inconvenience. Shower has been fixed, light bulbs replaced.

      Nice apt, everything functioning well, internet, kitchen equipment. Shame the street entrance was dirty, please pressure the street cleaning services perhaps at the "ayuntamiento", we spoke to street cleaning staff but they couldn't do much. NOW, THIS IS OF COURSE NOT RESPONSIBILITY OF HABITAT APARTMENTS BUT WE STILL HAVE TO SAY IT TO EVERYBODY GOING TO BARCELONA: ALL OUR LUGGAGE WAS STOLEN FROM A CAR TRUNK THAT WE RENTED FROM HERTZ, IN FRONT OF FUNDACÍON JUAN MIRÓ, DESPITE OUR CAUTION. Cheers.

      We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the amenity and location just behind the grand post office and near part of the Roman wall. The apartment was large and has everything you need and is safe. Nice balcony and air-conditioning worked well. Close to everything but not on a main noisy lane or road. Very good value for money and we would stay again.

      Charming , well-equipped apartment. Great location. We were 3 people and apartment size is just perfect for us. (one big double + a sofa bed) / lovely balcony. A few small mimi-marts just next street, late-night kebab nearby (open until 2 AM!). Very close to Metro station, close to harbor where you can find a bicycle rental stand. It can't get better than this. (Just coffee machine didn't work) Opposite the apartment is an office though, but no problem with privacy, They are not nosy :-)

      Prime location. You need to be in Bari Gotic during your stay and this apartment is at the heart of the city. The apartment is very small (just enough for a couple). Lot of noise during night, but then thats due to the location. The apartment could be cleaned up little more (kitchen and bathrooms). Habitat service was very good. The staff explaned everything and was very helpful. I would recommend this apartment for short stay.

      Apartment was in very good location and we were received with a very warm welcome. The apartment is basic and the bathroom small, but just all we needed for our stay.       We enjoyed our stay in Barcelona, it's a great city. The apartment was good in general, located in a very nice area and good Habitat service. Two less positive points: - The state of repair of the bathroom was not good (the tap for the bath did not work and the shower hook was broken) as well as the oven (it didn't work, but we only needed it once). - It would have been nice to have more English or even Dutch or German TV channels. Almost all channels with movies were either Spanish or French. Thanks for a pleasant stay and good service! Best regards, Raymond //Many thanks for your comments.       Muy tranquilizadora relación desde el principio con la empresa, y magnífica ubicación del apartamento en Sots Tinent Navarro. Conviene reponer cierres de barras en el tendedero de la ropa que hay en el balcón y aplicar desatascador en la bañera, asuntos menores en cualquier caso. En mi opinión valdría la pena sustituir el sofá-cama o volver a tapizarlo. Pero esto no es en detrimento de una valoración general muy positiva en cuanto a relación calidad-precio

      Excellent location - within short and easy walk of metro (Jaume I), harbour, beach, Cathedral, restaurants, etc. Very good design and decoration. Good services & great information folder in the apartment (with info' about restaurants, places to visit, etc). Price is good. Only thing I would recommend is a softer mattress!

      The service when we arrived was very good!!! The appartment was also very good for us. I just like to tell you that the curtains couldn't go up, and the door between the bedroom and the living room couldn't be closed. That wasn't easy for the child to sleep.

      1. The location was just incredible; I think that being in the Barri Gothic was the best place for us. And since we were on a pedestrian street, it was quiet even at night and even if there were 3 or 4 cafe-restaurants just near us. 2. The apartment was just perfect. All what we needed was there and I felt at home immediately. In fact, I would have like to spend 2-3 months there :) 3. The only problem we faced was the coffee machine. On the Wednesday morning, when we plugged it, the whole electricity shut down. I checked with the other tourist in Sots 3 (who was really kind) and he said he had the same problem and explained me how to restaure the electricity panel (because I used my telephone card in a public telephone but could not reach Esperanza, but I understand it was the 24th of June and many things were closed). Finally, we boiled the water every day in a casserole to make the coffee. Also the cable-satellite was on and off, but at the end, it was better. For the rest, every thing was perfect. 4. One suggestion : maybe a new coat of paint would give a new bright look at the apartment :) 5. Everything we would need in a kitchen was there, it was perfect.

    Ubicación de este apartamento en Barcelona

    El apartamento Sots esta muy bien ubicado a tan solo 10 minutos de la playa de la Barceloneta, Las Ramblas y la Catedral. También está muy cerca del Barrio del Born y a 200 metros de la Linea 4 del Metro. El area donde se ubica ofrece las tiendas y los bares más interesantes del Barrio Gótico. También hay tiendas de alimentos y supermercados a pocos metros del apartamento. Al final de la calle Hostal del Sol se encuentra la Plaza Traginers dónde usted encontrará restos de la Muralla Romana de la ciudad. No debe dejar de visitar la Plaza Sant Just dónde podrá ver la fuente más antigua de Barcelona.
