      Very nice studio.Excellent location. We would recommend it to friends for their stay in Barcelona. The only bad comment is regarding the apartment located next door. It was rented during our 2 weeks stay to American citizens on for a few days and French citizens the second time. Both of them did not respect the notice regarding noise and were very loud even very late at night(or morning...)in the stairway and in their apartment.

      Estamos muy satisfecho con el apartamento. Excelente ubicación, muy confortable y tiene lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones con comodidad. La atención fue excelente, especialmente la de Jenifer, quien en todo momento estuvo atenta a nuestra estadía y pendiente a que todo saliera y funcionara de manera excelente.

      The apartment was spacious, clean, well lit and situated in the most ideal location in the trendy el Born area. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine/clothes dryer and airconditioning was a welcome bonus! There is a lack of overall ventilation as the windows open on to an interior area. Despite that, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this great little place to everyone. Thanks!

      The apartment was in an excellent location with an easy walk from the metro. It was clean with the necessities needed for a couple sharing. There isn\'t much natural light but the location more than makes up for it.

      Brilliant apartment, I would definitely recommend it to any couples looking to stay in Barcelona. The location was amazing, and there are a large number of local, small bars/restaurants extremely close to the apartment which I would recommend. I would definitely stay here again!

      Found the apartment to be exceptinally clean and more than catered for all our requirements. The location was absolutely fantastic and was within walking distance of the centre and city attractions. I would definitely recommend this apartment for any couples wanting to visit Barcelona. It\'s also close to the Metro line which meant we had excellent access to the sights.

      Good service: the lady who met us was very helpful and not annoyed even though we kept her waiting at the apartment. Apartment itself was fine, lack of natural light was not great but we were warned about this before booking so was fine. Absolutely SUPERB location. The only reason I wouldn't book again was the natural light thing: I would definitely use habitat apartments again.

      Excellent! Such great service and so easy to book the apartment. The location in Bari Gothic was fantastic and the apartment itself was very clean, spacious and had all the amenities one would need. We will be using Habitat again and I highly recommend renting the Cometa Apartment.

      The apartment was very well laid out and equipped. It was good to see that the details had been seen to (e.g. plenty of toilet rolls, washing up liquid etc). This seems a small detail, but makes a huge difference when just staying for a short time.

      A great apartment in a nice part of town.
