This cosy one bedroom apartment is located on the third floor and has been recently renovated. It has newer windows, appliances and an upgraded bathroom.

The living room has beautiful floors, a television with local cable and a sofa bed (available upon request). The corner kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator and freezer, gas stove top, electric oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

The bedroom features an upgraded mattress, air conditioning and plenty of storage space.

To make your stay in the apartment even more comfortable, you will be provided with a shower towel and hand towel per guest as well as bed linens. Upon request and an extra cost, it is possible to be provided with extra towels.

The bathroom will be initially supplied with toilet paper and hand dish washing will be provided in the kitchen as well. 

Upon the arrival day, all guests are given a tour of the apartment and an explanation of all its household utilities. Guests are provided with a tourist map and will be shown where the nearest places of interest and attractions are located with respect to this historical center vacation rental.
