Description

Locate in the heart of Trastevere area, walking distance to amazing Roman main sights, the apartment is elegant and bright, totally remodeled with an unique, warm style. Sophisticated fornitures and cozy details create a comfortable space to live in: beautiful hard wood floors, old break ceilings and  book shelves.

The apartment is really spacious and features a large living room with dining area, a modern open kitchen and a lovely sitting area with book shelves where you can find original collections of old objects. The double bedroom is welcoming with en suite bathroom. The twin bedroom offers 2 single beds and a loft with two arm chairs convertible into two beds for young people. Close by the sleeping area, you find a large bathroom with tub and shower.

What a wonderful experience it was to wake up to the bells of the local churches and the sounds of the local people starting their day. The apartment was spacious and clean and excellently placed for easy access to all that Rome has to offer. The kitchen was well equipped although we would have liked to have a toaster and a kettle, and the five of us had lots of space. There are a number of supermarkets within a 3 minute walk, a large department store and the fruit and vegetable markets also selling fish, meat and poultry were about 5 mins walk. Overall it was a wonderful apartment.

9.8 Australia - 

Trastevere was a great choice for a family stay in Rome. It was very easy to take the tram over the Tiber, but we enjoyed staying in a neighborhood slightly removed from the summer tourist crowds. Great access to a grocery store, bakeries, wine shops, cheese shops, and -- most importantly -- a terrific gelateria!

9.2 Family - 

Conditions

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
  • Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 16.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
Deposit : Cash
  • A damage deposit of 300 € in cash will be required.
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 12:00
  • For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 25 €.
  • For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out : Before 10:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 10:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 3.5000 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 10 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 10 years.
