Description

This luxurious apartment in Rome, which is located in one of the most elegant areas and just a couple of minutes walking away from the Pantheon and the Spanish Steps is the perfect location for a stay on Rome with the family or friends.

Flaminio Terrace features a spacious living room, which is divided into a dining and a sitting area, in which you will find a comfortable double sofa and a TV. 

On one side of the living room you have the possibilty to create an extra bedroom thanks to two big sliding doors and a sofa which can be converted into 2 single beds. From the balcony you have amazing views over the wonderful buildings of the "Eternal City".

From the studio and the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area, you have access to the amazing terrace, which is equipped with a table, chairs and and an umbrella and overlooks the internal courtyard.
The apartment provides 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and en suite bathroom and shower and the other one with 2 single beds and a second bathroom with bathtub.

Cleanliness of apartment was superb and the location was excellent for sightseeing.

We were 3 people and we loved this apartment. The beds were great, with two full baths we never had any problems getting ready for a day of exploring. Its location was perfect. Kitchen was wonderful. We spent every evening on the terrace, what a gem. Well worth the money. After walking all over Rome, it was great to be up away from the busy city, to relax. Easy to get to all sites, and back over the bridges we walked to a local neighborhood and found an excellent place for dinner: an huge open market is just a block away, selling fresh food. Lovely experience.

Large apartment in a great location, only a few minutes walk from Piazza del Popolo and a metro station. The apartment was well equipped (including with air con and a washing machine) and looked pretty much as it does in the photos with lovely polished floors and big windows. We thought that for Rome it was very spacious and good value.

9.0 Family - 

Conditions

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
  • Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 16.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
Deposit : Cash
  • A damage deposit of 300 € in cash will be required.
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 12:00
  • For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 25 €.
  • For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out : Before 10:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 10:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 3.5000 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 10 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 10 years.
