Lovely and bright apartment, located in Monti area: you can reach Coliseum at walking distance as well as Pantheon and Spanish steps. It is a lovely accomodation up to 5 people: it is completely remodeled and finely featured.

The apartment feautures a large living room divided by arches into a sitting room with double sofa bed and a big dining area with open fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 complete bathroom and a small terrace with panoramic view.

Location of this apartment in Rome

The same air of authenticity you breathe in Trastevere, you can also find it in Monti; and even stronger, because this neighborhood is not as well-known in a touristic level, although highly visited because of its extraordinary artistic patrimony. The possibility of filling your vision with the splendor of a sunset in the Forum and delight yourself with a traditional dinner in a trattoria is absolutely priceless.
In Monti area the archaeological patrimony is enormous and it connects with an authentic environment, made by steep little streets and artisans’ shops, night bars and art galleries.
The Coliseum is, no doubt, Rome’s main symbol. Here you will find as well the Roman Forum, the extraordinary remains of Rome’s old city center and somehow the empire itself and the charming Domus Area built by the Emperor Nero.

This flat could be the flat of all the travelers: you feel inside like in your own flat: really quiet, spacious, with enough arrangements for the clothes and a little nice terrace.

Cancellation

- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure.

Payment

Advance payment:
- A 16.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day: Cash
- 500 € bills not accepted.

Deposit:
- No deposit is required for this apartment.

Final cleaning: Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 12:00
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 25 €.
- For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.

Check-out: Before 10:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 10:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax: 2 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 10 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 10 years.
