    Warm welcome from lovely owners who were Australian/New zealanders which is a nice change. Sat down with us and took us through important info and good places to eat. The apartment was great. One of the few places wifi works well. My kids loved staying there because of the turtles. Recommended highly. Everything we needed. Close to Metro and supermarket too. The road to the station looks grim and dirty but half of Rome looks like that because of the graffitti..however it was fine and safe.

      My family and I enjoyed our short break in Rome, Appiano apartments had everything we needed. Location was excellent, transport was in close proximity and trouble-free which was a plus with young kids. The rooms were new, well equipped, spacious and clean. Sam and Kate were very accommodating and helpful they provided us with all the info we needed, never experienced such great customer service!!! We are definitely coming back, this place is highly recommended.

      My wife, 2yr old son, brother in law and I stayed at the Appiano Apartments in October and had a fantastic holiday. The apartments were of a first class, high standard. Everything you would need in the kitchen, very comfortable beds. A high chair and travel cot were provided. Sam(the owner) was extremely helpful, helping us plan out our short break in rome so we got the best out of our trip. He also helped me out by recommending a restaurant for my wife and I to visit on our anniversary. The apartments are a short walk from the Metro which is a great way to get around rome. A local restaurant and supermarket are even closer. I have recommended these apartments to several friends. We will hopefully be back!

    Located in Via dei Laterizi, Appiano apartments offers quiet neighborhood while still being close to Rome very centre and linked by metro or buses to Rome's most beautiful treasures. Indeed famous landmark such as St Peter's church, Castel Sant' Angelo, Trevi Fountain, Villa Borghese or Piazza del Popolo are easily reachable from the Appiano metro stop (10 minutes walk from the apartments) or bus stop (100 metres from the apartments). The Vatican city is just 1 metro-stop away, you can visit there the Vaticans Museums and their beautiful collection, St Peter's square and its obelisk and of course the monumental St Peter's Basilica.
