    Appiano Studio apartment
    Our second trip to Rome and we reaaly enjoyed staying at Appiano studio Apartment. As others have said, Kate and Sam, the owners, went above and beyond what one would expect. Recommended that we get a Roma pass which was very useful for our stay. They also recommended good grocery stores, restaurants, transportation, etc. Nice spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Would definately recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay. Orginally thought it was too far out of the city but found that between the bus stop and the metro stop we could get anywhere easily.

      The apartment was clean and simply but well decorated. The courtyard was lovely and welcoming as were the owners who were very efficient and charming. The location was not ideal, although near to the metro, the walk to the station was very unpleasant. The room was also smaller than expected and due to it's compact size and design the kitchen was not that practical for cooking. From the photos I had seen I expected to have access to a roof terrace, this was not available.

      My fiancee and I spent 5 nights here. After a long transit into Rome we were greeted by the friendly owners who immdeiately made us feel at home. Our apartment was basically new and included all of the comforts you appreciate after a long day of sight seeing. The owners took the time to help us find our bearings in Rome and provided many fantastic suggestions on places to visit, eat and drink. Located only a short walk from the metro station the apartment was in a great position to access all the major sights. We will definitely be staying here when we next visit Rome!

    Located in Via dei Laterizi, Appiano apartments offers quiet neighborhood while still being close to Rome very centre and linked by metro or buses to Rome's most beautiful treasures. Indeed famous landmark such as St Peter's church, Castel Sant' Angelo, Trevi Fountain, Villa Borghese or Piazza del Popolo are easily reachable from the Appiano metro stop (10 minutes walk from the apartments) or bus stop (100 metres from the apartments).

    The Vatican city is just 1 metro-stop away, you can visit there the Vaticans Museums and their beautiful collection, St Peter's square and its obelisk and of course the monumental St Peter's Basilica.
