Luminous loft with queen-size bed or 2 single beds close to the famous Vatican area. It features a private terrace on the top floor where you can sit and enjoy the sun, have a barbecue or a one to one dinner under the stars. Provided with all the modern equipment you might need, Appiano Garden Loft offers sleeps for 2 people, a kitchenette totally equipped and a private bathroom.

Lovely contemporary serviced accommodation. Complex is only a few years old and very well maintained. Bus stop is 2 minutes away, with easy access to Metro, with about 4 stops to key tourist areas of Rome (Spanish Steps, etc). Located close to Vatican and lovely residential and shopping area around The Vatican. Not as manic or hectic as downtown Rome, so very peaceful at night. The location is not touristy, so shopping at the supermarket (10 min walk) and other shops, it is all locals. The owners are Aussie and so helpful and hospitable with information and assistance plus speak Italian! Will definitely stay again, next time! Recommend taking a day trip to the old towns of Bracciano (Lake district) and Anguilara (spelling is not correct), which is easily accessible from Aurelia Station, which is both Metro and Regional station, closest to apartments. In 40 minutes you are in the country and only a few Euros.

The staff was great and very accommodating. The metro and bus access was very easy. Beautiful apartments. It is a bit outside the old city and takes a bit on the metro to get there. It was fine as long as you worked that into your plan.

- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
- A 15.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day: Cash and credit card
- 500 € bills not accepted.
- Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit:
- No deposit is required for this apartment.

Final cleaning: Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 14:00 to 19:00

Check-out: Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax: 2 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
