Newly renovated and decorated 40m2 studio for up to 4 people with terrace. Located 300 metres from the beach and 3 minutes' walk to Puerto Banús marina.
Studio located in an apartment complex with hotel services available; swimming pool and children's play area, covered parking at a cost of 11€ per day and others with an extra cost (breakfast buffet 9€ & meals, tennis courts, golf).
Services and amenities included:
-Two single beds (1 metre wide each)
-Dining room area for 4 people
-1 Sofa bed for 2 people
-2 plasma TV (46" and 32")
-Fully equipped kitchenette (with cooking untensils, stove top, fridge/freezer)
-Complete bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower
- Small terrace with table & chairs
- Air conditioning and heating
- Satelite tv
- Wi-Fi
- Washing machine
- Cot & high chair on request
- Communal outdoor swimming pool & gardens
- Children's play area
- Tennis courts at extra cost

We arrived at the apartments and the Habitat rep met us and was very helpful with general information and the check in. The room was lovely and modern and clean. We saw a room owned by the apartment complex and thought ours was a lot nicer. We would definitely stay again especially as the location was fantastic. Only a 5 minute walk to the port.
8.3 Deborah Evans -I just got home after spending a few beautiful days in Marbella. The fact is that the stay was perfect and the accommodation was perfect ... very well situated in very good condition, beautiful, quiet and above all ... gave us the feeling of having our little home in Marbella ... and feeling part of this beautiful city.
9.2 Sophia López -Good apartment perfectly located in the center of Puerto Banus. We we happy to find that it´s quiet enough during the night. We really enjoyed the terrace.
