Studio located in an apartment complex with hotel services available; swimming pool, children's play area, car park (included in the price) and others with an extra cost (breakfast & meals, tennis courts, golf).

Some services that also can be arranged are: tennis courts, paddle, breakfast and golf.

- Living room area with sofa bed for 2 people
- Fully equipped kitchenette (with cooking untensils, stove top, fridge/freezer) and dining area
- Complete bathroom

We arrived at the apartments and the Habitat rep met us and was very helpful with general information and the check in. The room was lovely and modern and clean. We saw a room owned by the apartment complex and thought ours was a lot nicer. We would definitely stay again especially as the location was fantastic. Only a 5 minute walk to the port.

I just got home after spending a few beautiful days in Marbella. The fact is that the stay was perfect and the accommodation was perfect ... very well situated in very good condition, beautiful, quiet and above all ... gave us the feeling of having our little home in Marbella ... and feeling part of this beautiful city.

Good apartment perfectly located in the center of Puerto Banus. We we happy to find that it´s quiet enough during the night. We really enjoyed the terrace.

Location of this apartment in Marbella

Puerto Banús, a luxurious sport port located between the sea and the mountain and an emblematic image of Marbella, the municipal it belongs to.

Since the 1970s, when the port was inaugurated, it has been frequented by the 'jet set' and today is an important port, he most famous in southern Europe, for sports and tourism. The port offers a variety of leisure activities, culture sport.

The impressive colours and climate of this area, have helped increase the popularity of this area and, of course, golf. The Costa del Sol, also known as the Golf Coast, offers fifteen golf course of high level and infrastructural quality.
