Retiro-Prado

The Retiro park is an important part of this area. It is the largest park of the city, but also of Spain, and has a size of more than 120 hectares.

Visits to this beautiful and quiet park are usually combined with a visit to one or more museums of The Golden Triangle (Museo del Prado, Thyssen-Bornemisza and Reina Sofía). These museums are all inside, or nearby the park.

Typical in Madrid is its bustling nightlife. Each district has its own style and public. Until deep into the night there is a lot to do, from dinner in a cosy restaurant to visiting the night clubs, something you have to experience.
