This chic duplex was recently renovated with a modern, comfortable and charming style. Downstairs there is an open kitchen equipped with modern appliances. Upstairs there is the bedroom with a spectacular huge mural.

-The living room boasts double sofa bed and a working space with a desk.
-The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
-Beds can be made single or double depending on the bedding to be used.
-Baby cot is posible by request with an extra cost: 20€.

COVID-19 prevention

Habitat Apartments complies with the Cleaning and Security protocols contained in the Order of the Ministry of Health SND/399/2020, of May 9 regarding COVID-19. These protocols regulate:

  1. The cleaning to be carried out in the apartments with appropriate products, replacement and cleaning of textiles.

  3. The necessary information to our clients about the competent regulations to fulfill.

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 2 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 15.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Credit card
  • A damage deposit of 200 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00
  • For check-in from 20:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
  • For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out : Before 10:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 10:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
