This cozy studio, very well located between the famous districts of Malasaña and Chueca, everything at nearby, metro, walking, a great place to be in Madrid.  It consists of a flat space with a double bed, a kitchenette and a living area includes a dining bar table for two people and a livingroom with a sofa, and a large bathroom with hydromassage shower.

- Living area with double bed 140cm x 190cm and 2 seater sofa-bed
- Well equipped kitchen corner (cooking utensils, kettle, coffee-maker, toaster, 2-ring ceramic hob, oven, small fridge, microwave)
- Table with 2 stools
- One bathroom with with hidro-massage shower
- Air-conditioning & heating
- Washing-machine / Dryer

A fabulous little apartment! The perfect size for two people visiting the city. We loved the neighbourhood and the shops and restaurants around us. Amazingly located to a convenient metro stop.

Conditions

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 21.78% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
Deposit : Cash
  • A damage deposit of 300 € in cash will be required.
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00
  • For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
  • For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
