This is the second time we have used a Habitat apartment and again we were extremely impressed with the whole experience - from booking to the completion of our stay. Armando was waiting for uswhen we arrived, as arranged, and was most helpful. The apartment is at the back of the building and was incredibly quiet even though it is in a busy area. Everything you could possibly need was provided in the apartment. We will be recommending this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Madrid.

An excellent apartment with everything you could possibly need for a pleasant break in Madrid. Location is very good, on edge of Huertas area close to galleries, and Metro station literally over the road. Good facilities in apartment with fridge, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, DVD player, computer with internet access etc. Sofa bed great for the kids. Try to get a bite at Maceiras tapas restaurant on Calla Jesus - lovely.

This apartment is in a wonderful, central location; yet is quiet and serene, clean and well-kept. It is close to great restaurants and bars, and a short walk from the many major Madrid museums. The bed is comfortable; compact, but complete kitchen. We were very comfortable and happy there. Nuria answers all questions and concerns promptly.

We truly enjoyed our first-ever visit to Madrid and much of that pleasure was due to our comfortable accommodations at 38 Magdalena. It is a fine location. A supermarket and many small shops are very near and the famous sights of the city are well within walking distance. We managed to walk almost everywhere and visit all the sights on our list. If needed, the underground is extremely close and taxis are available nearby at almost any hour. The apartment is cute as a button (perfect for two or two and a little one), super clean and bright with natural light. The kitchen is small but easy to use and is very well equipped. We especially appreciated the loan of a computer! There was no English TV, but we kept up to date on things by using the computer. Thanks, Nuria!

We had a short break in Madrid whilst visiting Spain. The apartment was very clean, well kept, well stocked with kitchen and bath items. The apartment individually was very secure with a four bolt deadbolt lock. The exterior door was also locked at all times. The apartment is very close to the major museums, and a very short walk from the subway. Essential stores like grocery and pharmacy are very close by.

My husband, son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 38 Calle Magdalena. It was perfect for our needs, and the location was simply fantastic. Armando and Katia were there to meet us and despite our lack of Spanish, we did not have any trouble understanding each other. Casa Patas (flamenco) was just down the street, and we discovered a few Asian grocery stores that were open on Sunday within walking distance. The subway was truly at our doorstep and the furnishings and kitchen amenities were so thoughtfully chosen, that we felt so at home in your apartment. We are definitely recommending this place to our friends who are visiting Madrid later this year. Thanks again for making our visit to Spain so memorable!
