    Great location, very clean. Although I know you offer an arrival food package, it would be nice if salt, pepper, oil and vinegar were already in the apartment for those who don\'t wish to buythe entire package. Also paper towels.

      El apartamento está muy bien. Es cómodo y tiene de todo lo necesario. El ascensor es un poco pequeño para la silleta de los niños. Y tampoco me pareció muy bien que si yo reservé para cuatro días, el día de salida tuviera que abandonar el apartamento a las 11h. Me hubiera gustado disfrutarlo hasta las 16h, por lo menos.

      Excellent stay - one recommendation (small one) would be if you included a bottle of cava / wine or even a bottle of water in the fridge for when we arrived. Small thing to do but would make a v good impression and save trying to find something to drink after arrival.

      Great location! And easy, friendly check in and out. The dryer was difficult to operate and we had to end up air drying our clothes. overall a very pleasant stay though.

      This apartment is brand new, inaugurated in March 2011. For this reason there are no reviews yet. Everything is all completely new and renovated. Do you want to be the first to stay here and review?
    Location of this apartment in Madrid

    The apartment is located in calle Toledo, in the heart of the La Latina area famous for its variety of restaurants and bars. From the apartment you can walk to many city attractions in the centre of Madrid.

    To the north east you can reach the Royal Palace, approximately a kilometre away, and to the north you'll get to Sol area and 'Zero kilometres' centre of Spain.

    In the same direction you'll get to Gran Via which is famous for its buildings symbolic of Madrid and also shops, cinemas and theatres.

    From the apartment, to the east, you'll reach Lavapies area, a multicultural neighbourhood where you'll find many restaurants and alternative shops, as well as museums and galleries (Reina Sofia Museum, Valle Inclan Theatre...).
