- For early check-out between 7am and 9am there is an extra cost of 30 euro. After 9am there is no extra cost. It is also possible to check out between midnight and 7am at an extra cost of 50 euros.

Location of this apartment in Madrid

The studio is located between the quarter of Chueca and the Gran Via. Chueca is a very lively neighbourhood with many street cafes and boutique shops. Gran Via is also a lively street and one of the city's most important shopping areas, with a large number of hotels and large movie theaters; it is also noted for the grand architecture prevalent among many of its buildings. Now, most of the theaters are being replaced by shopping malls.
