The situation is central, close to Gran Via. The apartment is decorated in a modern style, it is all interior but with a lot of light. It is very quite. The kitchen has a washing machine, a microwave oven, a vitroceramic kitchen, and a dishwasher machine. The kitchen room has a table and two armchairs. The main room has a very comfortable sofa, and two single beds. These beds are not comfortable, they need to be changed, (but stick you can sleep). Very nice apartment right in the heart of Madrid

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour ! L'appartement est idéalement situé dans une rue très calme, à 150 mètres du centre de Madrid et à 50 mètres de la station de métro Gran Via. La gérante de l'immeuble est très sympa et très serviable. Cet appartement, propre et très complet est parfait.

Centrico, limpito, silencioso, tenia todo lo necesario para pasar un buen fin de semana.

It was a very pleasant stay in the apartment. Due to its location next to two metro stations we could easily move around in the city. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend the apartment.

Very nice and well located to visit Madrid.

The apartment was very spacious as well as the bathroom and we were really good, there were also all the promised amenities such as laundry, hanging clothes drying rack, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and new. The location is excellent being on the Gran Via in the most central and opposite the metro station. The staff was very kind and helpful, would recommend to families with children or those who need space at an affordable price.

Perfect location to visit Madrid in all aspects. Apartment was more than we expected (complete, clean, room)

A nice and quiet appartment in the centre of Madrid. You can walk to the famous musea, shops an other side-seeing things.

Everything was fine and the apartment was well fitted out and the booking and arrival process was problem-free. This location is very central but a little too close to the busy Gran Vía for me.

Only negative thing whas the noise of the other appartments during night and in the morning.

What a great place! Seemed brand new with eat-in kitchen, huge separate bedroom and spacious, modern bathroom. Located on a quiet side street a half block from the Gran Via. Definitely would stay here again.

Apartment was spacious, well located and nicely decorated. However, it would have been nice to have some extra kitchen and washing supplies: washing powder, dishwashing liquid, dish towels, and sponges. There were none of these in the apartment so we had to go and buy them. I think these should have been provided with the unit.

Mooi, modern ingericht en ruim. Van het geluid van hartje Madrid hoor je niets als je appartement uitkijkt op het binnenhofje. Metro Gran Via vlakbij. C. Valle Verde ligt tegenover McDonald's. Er is een wasmachine.

No tiene cama de matrimonio y los colchones no son muy comodos. Faltaria un kit de limpieza y una mesita en el dormitorio. Pero por lo demás, nos ha gustado. No descartamos el repetir, pero en otro apartamento del edificio. (Habitat Apartments: este apartamento esta anunciado con 2 camas individuales).

El apartamento está muy bien situado y perfectamente equipado. Es muy bonito y suficiente para 2 personas y un niño. Los chicos que se encargan de ellos son muy amables y nos facilitaron todo en cualquier momento. Está muy bien comunicado con las paradas de metro y taxis prácticamente en la puerta. Nos vamos encantandos y lo recomendaremos. Tan solo faltaba tener un cepillo y fregona para poder mantener algo la limpieza.

Un departamento amplio, decorado con buen gusto y con todo lo que hace falta para pasar lindos momentos y descansar después de caminar tantisimo por el centro de Madrid.
