- For early check-out between 7am and 9am there is an extra cost of 30 euro. After 9am there is no extra cost. It is also possible to check out between midnight and 7am at an extra cost of 50 euros.

The apartment is located in the heart of the La Latina area, famous for its variety of restaurants and bars. From the apartment you can walk to many city attractions in the centre of Madrid.
On Sundays and major holidays, you can attend the nearby Rastro flea-market which begins on the eastern edge of La Latina, spilling out of the San Millan exit of the La Latina metro stop to the Plaza de Cascorro all the way to the Ronda de Toledo to the south.
