Description

Very high ceilings welcome guests with a soothing sense of spaciousness. The main room, with a living area and kitchen, offers a nice view to the street.

The living room has a comfortable sofa with chaise longue, a TV and DVD player. The kitchen comes fully fitted with high-tech appliances and a dining table to seat up to four people.

The bedroom is separated from the living room and features ample wardrobes and a very comfortable double bed.

- Baby cot is posible by request with an extra cost: 20€

9.5 Leslie - 

As with other apt rentals thru "Chic/Habitat", we found the apt "just as advertised". Clean, neat, centrally located, and very secure. The location is 1 close block from a metro and 4 distancing blocks from tourist central! Great eats within a block (TripAdvisor tested). It is so nice to have a rental that has all the amenites of home, and with clothes washing facility! Makes it so much easier, and lighter, to travel with fewer clothes. We spent 9 days at the Baxter and enjoyed every one.

The location is ideal for visiting the old town and very close to many tapas bars in Latina. The flat is very quiet, completely refurbished and as beautiful as it looks in the pictures.

Conditions

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 50% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 7 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 60% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 2 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 15.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Credit card
  • A damage deposit of 200 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00
  • For check-in from 20:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
  • For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out : Before 10:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 10:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
