This lovely studio apartment is located in a nice street connecting Uffizi Gallery with Santa Croce area. There are many traditional restaurants, pubs and shops in the same street.

It's a charming location up to 5 people, with elegant details as wooden beams ceilings. You will find a spacious living room with double sofa bed, a complete kitchenette, 1 bathroom with tub, 2 single beds on the loft (they can be put together) and an extra bed.

As others have pointed out, Mine is very responsive in replying to emails. The apartment was great location within walking distance to all of the sights (and great gelato). Well worth it.

This loft is perfectly placed 200m from Piazza Signoria in a small street called Via dei Neri on the 3/4th floor. Very characteristic, intimate, romantic but practical and well equipped. Perfect silence at night. Even if you are a tourist you will feel like a "fiorentino". Only limitation there are no lift so people with issues in moving should be alerted.

- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Advance payment:
- A 15.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day: Cash
- 500 € bills not accepted.

Deposit: Cash
- A damage deposit of 200 € in cash will be required.
- 500 € bills not accepted.

Final cleaning: Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 14:00 to 19:00
- For check-in from 19:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
- For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.

Check-out: Before 10:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 10:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
