San Lorenzo in Florence basically means one thing: the market! In fact, the two markets. A space with open stands that loops between the Via Nazionale and the Piazza di San Lorenzo: you can find clothes, jewelry, leather products (this one is still the pride of Florence). We’re in the centre of the city, but the air is different here. It may be because of the market’s presence, or its old and popular tradition: San Lorenzo transmits a more authentic sensation, made out of strong aromas that are mixed in the streets, voices that scream to people inviting them to buy their best products, also big and colourful signs. The Capella dei Principi and the Basilica di San Lorenzo will then make a charming appearance and you are soon forced to stop and forget about everything around you for a couple of minutes. - For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Advance payment:
- A 15.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day: Cash
- 500 € bills not accepted.

Deposit:
- No deposit is required for this apartment.

Final cleaning: Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 14:00 to 19:00
- For check-in from 19:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
- For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.

Check-out: Before 10:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 10:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
