Cancellation

For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:

A 16.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day : Cash

500 € bills not accepted.

Deposit : Cash

A damage deposit of 300 € in cash will be required.
500 € bills not accepted.

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 12:00

For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 25 €.
For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.

Check-out : Before 10:00

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 10:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 2.5000 € per night and person will be added to the total price.

The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
The city tax does not apply to those under 12 years.

Location of this apartment in Florence

Affresco Loft apartment is located in the Oltrarno area, in wonderful antique building with an excellent location in the Capital of Tuscany. It is situated in the beggining of Via Serragli, just next to Santo Spirito (Basilica of the Holy Spirit) and with a small walking distance to the magnificent Gardens of Boboli and Pitti Palace. Nearby is probably the most famous sight in Florence, the spectacular Ponte Vecchio, the oldest bridge in the city with its unique jewerly shops.

Crossing the Arno river, through Ponte alla Carraia, you will arrive to the 'other' side of Florence, where you can enjoy in the magical atmosphere of the city and continue your sightseeing with Il Duomo or Piazza della Signoria. But, if you want, not just to see the turistic part of the city, but also meet the locals or go out at night in cool places, this is the right position to do so.
