This magnificent, luxury apartment is located in the heart of Barcelona, on the corner of Ronda San Pere and Paseo de Gracia, one of Barcelona´s grand avenue-like streets, which begins at Plaza Cataluña and continues till it meets Avenida Diagonal.

This unique location will allow the guest to step out of the apartment building into the heart of the city and experience the wonderful main sights of the city. The guest will be able to find Las Ramblas with its amazing Boqueria market within a hand´s reach.

Not only Las Ramblas is within a hand´s reach for the guest; only a short 5 minute walk away from the apartment, you will be in the heart of the Gothic Quarter and el Born. A combination of a maze of squares all connected with each other by narrow, medieval streets where you will find a lot of trendy boutiques, wonderful bars, cafés and restaurants.

Surrounded by excellent bars, clubs and hundreds of restaurants, you can experience all that Barcelona has to offer just right outside the doorstep of the apartment.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, and in a perfect location! We were 7 friends but the apartment was big and comfortable for all of us. Host was very nice and helpful.

I stayed here with a group of family and friends (9 in total) to celebrate a birthday (mine!!) It absolutely could not be more central. Less than 5 minutes from where you get of the airport bus, so no hauling luggage, messing with maps or general faffing about! We were met by the representative and he brought us through everything we needed to know. The apartment is exactly as advertised. Plenty of room and space for us all. Clean and nice decor. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a really well stocked supermarket across the road, literally, downstairs in the El Corte Ingles, or a smaller one a few doors to the left of the main entrance of the apartment. The apartment is super central. Its right on Plaza Catalunya, so close to restaurants, tapas bars, cafes, markets, Les Rambles, and a15 min walk to the Gothic area. I would advise to make the most of the Metro and you have it on your doorstep! Barcelona is an amazingly beautiful city and worth seeing, but if you're trying to fit in alot in a short space of time, use the Metro. Bring good walking shoes too as everywhere is gorgeous and worth seeing. A great city for shopping, eating and drinking! Just as an aside, Milk restaurant is definitely worth a visit, book in advance if you have a large group. Great food, cocktails and music!!! What more could you ask for??? and if I was returning with a group I'd happily stay here again. I definitely recommend thisapartment.

  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
