A comfortable, 75 m2 apartment with 2 bedrooms, centrally located in the Eixample district. This apartment is ideal for both business and leisure visitors because of its convenient location close to the Palacio Congresos and Fira Barcelona, and its good connections with the airport and Barcelona’s main railway station, Sants Estació, as well as in easy reach of Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas.
The apartment includes the following amenities and services:
- 2 bedrooms. One double and one kingsize with wardrobes in both rooms . An extra supplementary bed is also available.
- A comfortable livingroom
- Bathroom with shower and toilet
- A well-equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker) with washing machine.
- Air conditioning and heating in each room.
- Satelite TV (Sky)
- Hairdryer

The building has a lift that arrives to the apartment floor but there are some steps from the entrance hall of the building to the lift.

I found that the appartment was very well satifying. Very clean and it had all the necessities. The only remark I have to make is that you had sent me an e-mail 1 1/2 weeks before we were to arrive that you would be present at 20hrs. You weren't there. You had based my presence that it would be for 16hrs from my original booking. So please review your information correctly the day before, that your clients be present. T.y. -

The apt. is very comfortable, clean, modern and close to everything you'll need. Just around the corner is a great bakery called Gilabert (awesome ensaimadas), 3 supermarkets, an internet access place and a great Italian pizza restaurant called Napolitane (great for kids). The metro is very close and the airbus (blue bus) is about 3 blocks away on Urgell/Roma. When we return to Barcelona, we would stay here again. Sincerely, The Kaisers -

Our Unic apartment was the perfect 'home from home' and contributed enormously to our enjoyment of Barcelona. It was ideally located within walking distance of many of the major tourist attractions and close to a metro stop, restaurants, supermarket and market. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen so we enjoyed eating in on a couple of occasions. We had travelled with our teenage son and would recommend this apartment to families as it was spacious. -

Our feedback is all positive. Our experience was very good...lovely accomodations, very clean, excellent location. We were very happy, and will happily recommend to our friends. The only comment I might make is that if the person meeting guests with the key be able to communicate in their language. But, the person that met us was able to connect us via telephone to your office and your office folks were able to answer our questions in English. Linda -

We had a very enjoyable time in Barcelona. The apartment was excellent. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Extra items such as the drinks in the fridge and reading material available made this a very good place to be based while we were in Barcelona. The location itself is very good. It is a short walk to the Ramblas and one block from the Metro. We found it very easy to get around from this location. We had rent the Unic apartment in Barcelona. We where very please with everything, We would like to thank the nice lady who received us on our arrival. She was very kind and gave us the information that we needed. This apartment is very well situated. I am still dreaming about that place !!!!!It is very easy to walk to the center of Barcelona. Hi, I really enjoyed my stay at the Unic apartment on Diputacio. It was decorated beautifully and very spacious for all the guests. Also, the woman who checked us in was extremely helpful; she explained everything about the apartment. I will definitely use Habitat in the future if need be. Thanks, Miriam
Location
The Unic apartment is located on the corner of Diputació and Urgell, close to the Gran Via. The nearest metro station is just 100 metres from the apartment and connects you directly with Plaza Catalunya. There are also several bus routes nearby, serving Plaza Catalunya and Fira Barcelona.
The surrounding area offers a variety of restaurants and coffee bars, as well as many good food shops. There’s also a supermarket on the corner, a few metres away. The street is quiet at night, with no discos or pubs in the vicinity.
Some distances from apartment:
- Easy walking distance to the metro station, Urgell (2 stops to Plaza Cataluña and 2 stops to Plaza España).
- A 15 minute walk to las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya.
- A 15 minute walk to the Magic Fountain, Fira Barcelona and the Palacio Congresos.
- Car Parking just 50 meters from the apartment, on the corner with Urgell St.
