Sea 5 apartment is a luminous apartment located in the Poblenou quarter on the coast of Barcelona, a few minutes walk to the beach. This is a perfect choice for couples or people staying in Barcelona for business.

Amenities included in the apartment:

    - 1 bathroom with bathtub
    - 1 Sofa-bed in the living-room
    - Dining table and chairs for 4 people

    - Kitchen equipped with oven, Microwave oven, electric hobs and Kitchen utensils

- There are 2 swimming pools (1.80m depth) located on the 5th floor of the building: To access the facilities there is a key supplied per apartment.

The following rules related to the swimming pools must be followed:

* Open 10am to 18:00 in winter (1 November to 30 April) and 10am to 21:00 in summer (1 May to 31 October). Out of these times the pool is closed and no guest will have access to the key.

* Animals not permitted in the pool area, no eating, no music, no parties or meetings of any type.

* The company reserves right of admission at any time.

Services available at extra cost:

    - Cleaning pack (6 euro)
    - Parking available in the building (15 euro / day)
    - Baby cot available at extra cost (5 euro / day)
    - Safe deposit available (1,5 euro / day)
    - Capsules for Nespresso machine (6 euro / 10 capsules)
    - Swimming pool entrance: 5 euros extra per person per day

Please note:

- Payments by credit card only (cash not accepted).

- Reservations for hen or stag parties will not be accepted. The booking will be cancelled and any prepayment will not be reimbursed.

- Reservations for under 25 year olds will not be accepted only if accompanied by over 25 year olds.

- Check in is from 16:00 - 20:00. For arrivals later than 20:00 there is a 30 euro extra fee not included in the price. For arrivals between 00:00 and 8:00am there is an extra 80 euro fee not included in the price.

This apartment is brand new, inaugurated in March 2011. For this reason there are no reviews yet. Everything is all completely new and renovated. Do you want to be the first to stay here and review? Habitat Apartments team

Location of this apartment in Barcelona

The apartment is located in the area of Poble Nou / Diagonal Mar, which is a residential and new area of the city just in front of the sea, near Villa Olimpica and Mar Bella, one of Barcelona’s best beaches.

The apartment is close to the pedestrian area of Rambla de Poble Nou which has a local atmosphere with many trees, cafés & bars. One of Barcelona’s best restaurants, 'Els Pescadors' (Plaza Prim, 1), which serves fish is a must if you’d like to indulge in some good seafood.

Las Ramblas and the city centre is 15 minutes away by metro (Poble Nou, Line 4 is near the apartment) or you can take a relaxing stroll down the sea front past Villa Olimpica until Barceloneta beach or the old port (Port Vell).
