Альберт (встречающий гостей) встретил в назначенное время, показал квартиру и ответил на все вопросы касательно пребывания в Барселоне, перемещения по городу и достопримечательностей. Был очень внимателен к нам. Общается по-английски. В квартире достаточно тихо, 2 кондиционера (в кухне и в спальне). В подъезде есть лифт (жили на верхнем этаже). Рядом магазин Lidl. До станции метро 5 минут пешком. До вокзала Sans около 2 км.

Dobra lokalizacja: blisko do stacji metra, blisko kawiarnie, restauracje, sklepy.Apartament duzy, wygodny. Dobrze wyposazony. Przemiła obsluga, ktora udzielila nam wyczerpujacych informacji o Barcelonie, doradzila jak sie poruszac po miescie (dostarczyla mape miasta, oraz plan metra), zamowiono nam taxi na wczesna godzine poranna.

Cancellation

- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
- A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day: Cash and credit card
- 500 € bills not accepted.
- Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit: Cash and credit card
- A damage deposit of 150 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.
- 500 € bills not accepted.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Final cleaning: Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in: From 11:00
- Early check-in is possible from 07:00 and there is an extra charge of 20 €.
- For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
- For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.

Check-out: Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax: 0.715 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
