A bright and modern two bedroom Barcelona apartment with a small terrace overlooking a garden area. There is a small table and 2 chairs on the terrace so you can have a drink and relax in the evenings.

The living area has large windows that open directly to the terrace which lets a lot of light in.

All the San Gervasi Sun Apartments are situated in the same building.

Conditions

Cancellation

For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:

A 17.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card

500 € bills not accepted.
Credit card payment is subject to a 3.00% fee.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit : Credit card

A damage deposit of 400 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 20:00

Early check-in is possible from 11:00 and there is an extra charge of 40 €.
For check-in from 20:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.

Check-out : Before 11:00

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Late check-out is possible till 15:00 and there is an extra charge of 40 €.

Additional information

City tax : 6.0500 € per night and person will be added to the total price.

The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.

San Gervasi Sun Apartment Barcelona is located in the famous and elegant Sarrià-Sant Gervasi District. The area is mainly residential and quiet but it is easy to access to the centre by public transportation. You can find a selection of designer stores and upscales restaurants nearby.

A 5 minute walk from the apartment allows you to catch the metro line that brings you directly to Plaza Catalunya and the Ramblas.

Montesquiu Restaurant - 0.64 km.
The restaurant Montesquiu is a tapas bar in the North of Barcelona. It was opened in 1952 and has become a meeting point for students and young people during the years.
Barraquer Ophthalmology Center - 0.90 km.
